Employment Support: Ernst & Young

Building Pathways for Skills, Confidence and Sustainable Futures

At Kineara, our holistic vision has always been to make people feel seen, safe, and heard. After years of working alongside communities providing housing and holistic support, we deeply understand that housing and employment are intricately connected and that secure employment is not only vital for stability but also closely tied to people’s wellbeing.

To this end, we are expanding our support to include dedicated employment and training pathways. These opportunities are designed to help people gain certifications, develop new skills, and build the confidence to take charge of their own lives. Our aim is to empower individuals to find sustainable solutions, even during the most challenging times.
