Our new community outreach helpline service offers quick, general advice and guidance on housing difficulties.

This helpline is for anyone who’s facing risk of eviction, struggles with rent payments, trouble finding suitable housing or experiencing mental health or well-being concerns tied to housing. Our team will offer you housing advice via phone or email and will also help make direct referrals to more intensive support when needed.

The helpline is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This helpline is available for individuals and families in the private sector, social housing or temporary accommodation across all boroughs in London.
