The Southwark Private Renters Project has now completed a second full year of delivery in Southwark, following a successful pilot year. The aim of the project is to prevent homelessness via eviction and improve housing security among the borough’s most vulnerable low-income renters and is part of a boarder programme in Impact on Urban Health to improve health outcomes and address health inequality in Southwark by addressing key social determinants of health.

Thanks to our partners in Southwark Law Centre and Southwark Council, and to our funders Impact on Urban Heath.
